Embedded Linux >> Billionton CF ethernet card

by David Peters » Fri, 03 Dec 2004 03:07:17 GMT

I'm trying to use a Billionton 10base ethernet CF card on an AT91RM9200
running 2.4.27-vrs1. When the card is inserted, it seems to get hung up on:
write_cis_mem(s, 1, (base+CISREG_COR)>>1, 1, &c->Option);
in function pcmcia_request_configuration in cs.c. I've been using 802.11 CF
cards in the port and haven't had any problems with them, so I'm pretty
confident that the port is working properly.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Hi there

Does the uCLinux port for the Coldfire MCF5282 include a CF card
driver? And if yes, which card mode(s) does it support (Memory Mode,
I/O Mode or True IDE Mode)?

Or is there any other OS for the MCF5282 which supports CF cards?

Thanks!
