Can anyone tell me why my HP970Cse printer has decided to
quit printing the color blue. No I didn't run out of
ink. I have tried 4 different HP6578A cartridges and they
will print all colors on the initial installation, then
not print any of the blue or green colors the next time I
try printing. I have tried ALL of the cleaning and
purging "tricks" on each cartridge so it has to be
somewhere in the printer. I have also uninstalled and
reinstalled the drivers. Should my next printer be an
EPSON! .

Are any of the toner lights on or flashing?
In fact, please post the status of all lights (on, off or flashing).

8. Problems installing my Epson Stylus Color Printer 

I have recently had my PC fixed after having problems connecting to the
internet, but I'm now having problems installing my printer.

I am using Windows Millennium, and every time I click on Printers, and
add new printer, I go through all the stages, and it tells me that a
file cannot be found, and to insert the Windows Millennium disc which I
don't have. The file the computer can't find is DMCOLOR.DLL.  The file
does seem to be there though when I search for it.  Does anyone have
any advise about how to rectify this problem?
