I installed Works Suite 2005 last weekend and all went well except for
Encarta. Whenever I open it anywhere except for the maps I get
numerous script errors. Among them are:

Error   ')'Expected
URL     msencxml://homescreen/mainhome_eestd?xsl=mainhome.xsl&dhs=updated&dhsparams=5&xslparam=VBLang$A&xslparam=SKU$E05ASTRC

There are several of the error URL's with variances of the
//homescreen/mainhome

Error   Expected identifier
URL     msencxml://content/761580499?highlight=41934898&masterwnd=2204&connect=1&relarts=1&display=artbody

Error   Could not get the visibility property. Invalid argument.

There are many more but figured it all involved the same problem. If
anyone out there has a cure or ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Encarta. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled Flashplayer and Shockwave. I have updated my script
engines (I think), all with no improvement. I have it installed on a
PC with windows 98SE, 512MB RAM, IE 6.2.2800. I have Norton antivirus,
Spy-bot S&D, NoAdware and Spyblaster which all seem to be working fine
and keeping the system working and stable. The rest of the Suite works
fine, only problem is with Encarta. Hope you can help, Thanks in

Dear all,

I have an Active State Perl program that can print to LPT1: as a 
straight ASCII text printer..  However, it will not print on a 
co-worker's computer.

I can put up the code if anyone is willing to help out, or give pointers 
as to where to look!

I'm receiving Internet Explorer Script Error trying to 
open an item in MS Access Help. Here's the full detail on

This is what I have tried so far:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000
2. Updated IE 6.0 with all patches

I'm running Windows XP, but the same problem exists on my 
friend's Window 2000 machine as well. If anyone has any 
ideas, please advise.
