I have a Canon printer, S530D, that goes off line by
itself. Once you put it back online it will print, but a
couple of minutes later it goes off line. I've downloaded
Canon's latest drivers and all of XP's as well.
1. Printer going Off Line by itself
2. Minolta 1250w goes off line
When I turn the 1250w on to print the first document of a session, the printer goes off line right away. I have to click it on to bring it back on line. After that, it prints right away until I turn the PC off. Then, the process repeats again. What is wrong? Thank you.
3. Off line files go off line with solid wireless and VPN connection
4. Printer goes off line with restart
I have installed an HP 7310xi on my wired network. It is plugged into the router. Both computers on the network print OK. Each time I restart, the printer goes offline. When I select "online", the printer will not show "ready" and does not print. I must delete the printer and add it as a new printer at each start to get the "ready" icon and have the printer run. I have VISTA, and I have the latest driver updates from HP. Can someone help? Thanks
5. Printer randomnly going off-line
I use a Samsung 1710 but it also happens to Panasonic so assume problem is with Microsoft software (XP). I can print, but after leaving the system idle for several hours the printer automatically resets to off-line. I can go into the printer software and reset to on-line again but it only gives, "error printing..." Remedy: reboot with the printer power turned on. Also other means fail. Printer power on & off & on -- fails. Printer reset to on-line and then print -- fails; etc. Tried all types of settings and no luck, any help?
7. Networked printers going off line
8. Printer goes off-line at shutdown
Everytime I shut down my computer, the printer goes off-line. When I re-boot, I have to reinstall the printer, which then works fine until the next shutdown. I read other posts and have verified that all the power management boxes on all USB ports in Device Manager are already unchecked. Any other ideas re a fix?
