We have an internal web-app running at my office. All our monitors are 17" running at 1280x1024 with "Large" fonts on Windows 2000 for easier viewing. The problem is that when we print information from this app, the text comes out really small on the page. Conversely, when we set the fonts to "small", the text prints out larger and more legibly. This doesn't happen when we print on an XP machine. The developers of the software are saying it's a bug in 2000 that was fixed in XP. Is there any truth in this? Is there anything we can do to fix this - it's driving our users potty!

I'm trying to print 3000 copies of a 1 page Excel file on Windows2000. It looks like only ~900 copies of the file are actually getting sent to the driver, and I am getting the following error message. Your file could not be printed due to an error on <printer>. There are several possible reasons: - There may not be enough memory available. Try closing files and programs you aren't using. - If you use a network for printing, there may be a problem with the network connection or the printer driver. - There may be loose cables or a bad connection between your computer and printer. Is there some sort of limitation on the number of copies the printer driver can handle?

Hello everyone. I am having a problem that I hope someone can solve for me. My new computer is XP Pro. Regardless of the font size displayed on the screen when I am viewing a message in OE6, when I print the message on my HP 1200se laser printer or an I70 canon inkjet, the printed font size is about 14 or 15. This is fine for some documents but usually way too big for most. How can I vary or just reduce the printed font size on messages? Also is there a way to eliminate the header, page number and date crap that OE insists on printing without doing a cut paste to notepad or word shuffle? Thanks so much for any help.
