print_fax >> limited user unable to print to local printer

How can I enable printing to the local printer from a non-
administrator (limited) account?

I have a PC running XP Home. After getting everything up
and running, I created an admin account and changed my
user account to a non-administrative (limited) account.
This resulted in my NOT being able to print to my local
printer unless logged in as administrator. Only after
changing my user account type back to administrator was I
able to print to my local printer. I tried installing the
printer from the user account (I was prompted for the
admin password), but it made no difference.

I have a small home network where I share files and a printer. The PC sharing

network printer. These user accounts can see and share file in the PC sharing
the files and printer, but these accounts can not print. The admin account
can print ok. The PC that connects to the other PC is running windows XP
