4. Registry Keys Trojan.AdClicker & JS Exception.exploit
When Trojan Ad Clicker came up on my computer I went to Symantec (I have Norton System Works and Norton Firewall) I had to get help and run a tool etc. In the process of security updates etc I rechecked my Anitvirus program under Reports log and found 2 disturbing files in the Registry Editor looking for the value of the Trojan Horse to delete under: (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVeri son\Run). The value I was looking for wasn't there, but still shows in the log as (unrepaired) Trojan.AdClicker C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\OH27S1QN\winpup32[1].exe and the (JS Exception.exploit) INSTEAD: I found These: NVCPLDaemon RunDLL32.exe and NVQTWK,NVCPLDaemon.initialize ARE THESE NORMAL?? With all the WORMS and VIRUSES out and I'm not to familiar with this program yet, not sure if those belong there?? or do I need to delete them??!! They look out of place to me... Any Information??? It is Greatly Appreciated!!! Thanks
